The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 401 of 2020, Special Case No. 4465 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Since the petitioner is the owner of the E-Rickshaw and his complicity has not come in the F.IR. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. Under the above facts and circumstances, let above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
