1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State along with learned counsel for the O.P. No.2.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No.670/2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 341, 307, 504, 506, 427, 34 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Katihar.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the F.I.R and also taking into consideration the criminal antecedent of the petitioners, the court is not inclined to extend the privilege of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18137 of 2024(2) dt.29-03-2024 2/2 anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners is rejected.
