The petitioners seek quashing of the first information report of Jamui P.S. Case No. 20 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 354, 384, 406, 420, 467, 468, 504, 509 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The allegations made in the FIR do attract ingredients

In that view of the matter, I find no merit in this application.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the application.
