The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, husband of Manju Devi committed her murder for the reason that he had some illicit relation with the petitioner. The victim was daughter of the informant and mother of two children aged about 12 years and 10 years. Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner's involvement in the murder, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on
