Petitioner is an accused in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 418 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 384 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. Petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
