JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of bail in Sessions Trial no. 335/2021 arising out of Paroo P.S. Case no. 304 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 364, 302, 201/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 19.5.2021. Report of the trial court reveals that charges have been framed and till date, no witness has been examined. Considering the progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
