The petitioner being husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No.17/2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur. Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after one and half year of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim died due food poisoning and only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16731 of 2016 (2) dt.19-04-2016 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
