The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., the petitioner assaulted the informant by means of lathi. The doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature. This petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16006 of 2022(2) dt.25-08-2022 2/2 within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Dhaka (Pachpakadi) P.S.
