2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 324, 326, 307 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and his two associates made firing on the brother of the informant as a result of which he sustained multiple gun shot injuries.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case because petitioner is eye witness of Ahiyapur Police Station Case No. 895 of 2022 in which informant and his family members are accused. That apart, informant side is notorious criminal of the area and brother of the informant might have sustained gun shot injuries in some nefarious activities.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR with specific allegation that he and his two associates made firing on the brother of the informant as a result of which he sustained multiple gun shot injuries. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent of similar nature.
