The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 414 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25 (1-B) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, one country-made pistol was recovered from the waist of the petitioner. Rs.1,99,000/- and a mobile with SIM were also recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Jehanabad, in connection with Karauna P.S. Case No. 653 of 2021.

The application stands allowed.
