The petitioner seeks bail in S.T. No. 216 of 2014, arising out of Kadwa P.S. Case No.41/2014, registered under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 11.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39981 of 2017 and now the case has already been fixed for judgment. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the same is rejected in connection with S.T. No. 216 of 2014, arising out of Kadwa P.S. Case No.41/2014, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Katihar.
