The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 379, 411/34 IPC and Sections 4/40 of the Bihar Minerals Mines and Section 4, 6 and 8 of the Bihar Minerals (Concession, Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Act, registered in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 40/2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated merely because of the high handedness of the police. It is submitted that on refusal by the petitioner no. 1 to perform certain work of the Police Station the tractor was forcibly seized by the police. The petitioners claim clean

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Bail petition stands dismissed.
