Petitioner is an accused in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 10/2017 for the offence registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and he has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
