The present criminal writ petition has been filed for quashing of the F.I.R. bearing Danapur P.S. Case No. 259 of 2020 (G.R. No. 1161 of 2020) dated 18.04.2020 lodged under Sections 385, 386, 506, 504 of the I.P.C.

After going through the contents of the F.I.R., offence is made out, therefore, I am not inclined to interfere in the aforesaid matter.

Therefore, the present criminal writ application is

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.636 of 2021(2) dt.27-03-2023 2/2 hereby dismissed.

Petitioner is at liberty to raise his points before appropriate forum at appropriate stage.
