2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off to enable him to file appeal before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 30.11.2009 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Sheikhpura in Appeal No. 235 of 2009.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not object.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

5. If such an appeal is preferred before the State

Patna High Court CWJC No.7240 of 2016 (3) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 Appellate Tribunal within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits and taking note of the judgment passed by a Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 63 of 2014 dated 01.09.2016 in the case of Renu Kumari and others vs. The State of Bihar and others, expeditiously and latest within a period of four months from the date of filing of the appeal.
