The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 66 (E) and 67(A) of the Information Technology Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have made nude photo of the victim viral to her family members due to non-fulfillment of demand of money.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15759 of 2022(2) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 this case. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. It is further submitted that the there was love affair between the parties prior to institution of the said case. The petitioner is in custody since 07.12.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 748 of 2021.

The application stands allowed.
