The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Konch P.S. Case No.20 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that the petitioner has no concern with the seized motorcycle or the alleged liquor. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13643 of 2020(6) dt.03-12-2021 2/2 furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.20 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
