Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Piparia P.S. Case No. 30 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 409 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 26476 of 2021. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33147 of 2021(7) dt.20-04-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Lakhisarai in connection with Piparia P.S. Case No. 30 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
