The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307, 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per F.I.R., there is allegation of causing bullet injury to the informant by F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner and three unknown persons. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that from bare perusal of the F.I.R., it is apparent that petitioner is not assailant. Allegation of firing is general and omnibus. It also appears that informant has not seen whose firing hit him. Name of petitioner has been dragged in this case at the instance of his enemy. However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16060 of 2022(2) dt.25-08-2022 2/2 petition and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and this petitioner alongwith others caused fire-arm injury, which is grievous in nature.

Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
