2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lacchuar P.S. Case No. 174 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section-310(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per allegation, in course of returning his home after attending a Shradh ceremony, in the way, the informant was intercepted by accused persons and his motorcycle was snatched away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that the FIR is false and

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. On the disclosure made by the petitioner and other co-accused persons, the stolen motorcycle was recovered from one co-accused Saurabh to whom, the main accused persons have sold that motorcycle. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent of two cases.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, presently I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly, the same is rejected.

8. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months.
