The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 302 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the F.I.R., some unknown miscreants committed murder of husband of the informant by cutting his throat while he was sleeping in the house.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been made accused in this case in the re-statement of the informant after lapse of several days of the alleged occurrence and he is in custody since 18.08.2021. Investigation is complete. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is
