Petitioner has participated in the selection process for appointment of constable in the year 2014. She has alleged irregularity in the physical test so as to wrongly exclude her from the process of selection.

Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent-Board. Physical evaluation test sheet of the petitioner dated 18.04.2015 was placed on record.

Contemporaneous document shows that the petitioner has failed in high jump. Result to this extent is countersigned by the petitioner.
