None ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-05-2018 Heard Sri Ritesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner . None appeared on behalf of the State. The petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018, registered for the offences under Sections 417 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 has prayed for grant of bail.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to the statement made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition to show that petitioner is having clean antecedent. He further submits that petitioner was a candidate for Constable recruitment and in the test for selection he was apprehended only on the ground that his thumb impression was not tallying with the thumb impression which was given in the written test.

Sangeeta Rani, learned Sub- Judge XIV - cum- ACJM, Patna / concerned court in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018.
