Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 342 of 2018 registered for the offence under sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is not named in the first information report and has been falsely implicated in this case during course of investigation. There is no progress in the trial and the petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2018.

Vide order dated 17.06.2020, a report was called for from the court below regarding the status of trial. The report has

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of 3rd Addl. Sessions Judge, Samastipur, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 459 of 2019 arising out of Tajpur P.S. Case No. 342 of 2018.
