2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for quashing of an order dated 14-112022 passed by learned Ravindra Patwari Member of Bihar Land Tribunal Patna in B.L.Τ. case no 468/2021, further set aside the order dated 18-3-2020 passed by learned learned Divisional Commissioner whereby and whereunder the learned Divisional

Patna High Court CWJC No.4685 of 2023(3) dt.12-05-2026 2/2 Commissioner Saran according the appeal case no. 17/2022 whereby and whereunder set aside the order dated 6-3-2019 passed by D.C.L.R. Hathua, Gopalganj in L.D.R case No. 35/2018-19;

(ii) for issuance of writ in the nature directing the Respondent authority specially respondent no. 4 to remove the encroachment under Khata no. 215 Khesra no. 265, total area 1 Bighas 5 Katha 13 dhur land which petitioner land in which opposite parties to be removed two Katha land from North West side which is illegal possession of private Respondent no. 5 to 8.; (iii) for any that relief (s) other petitioner is found entitled to.

3. Mr. Anil Kumar Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
