The petitioners are in custody since 25.07.2017 in connection with Raghopur (Rustampur O.P.) P.S. Case No.97 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that the post-mortem report speaks of only one bullet injury on the deceased and no external injury whatsoever as has been alleged in the F.I.R. against the present petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
