The present application has been filed for directing to conduct the proper investigation in respect of Fatuha P.S. Case No. 659 of 2019 under Sections 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this case final form has been submitted and he has filed protest petition.

In that view of the matter, the counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application.
