The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Naubatpur P.S. Case No.568 of 2020 registered under Sections 386 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that only on the basis of confessional statement of apprehended accused, the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a
