2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 310(4), 310(5), 317(3) and 317(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that from the possession of the petitioner, a knife and splendor bike was recovered. The bike was not bearing the registration number.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that the petitioner has been remanded in two cases after that he was named in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail and submits that the petitioner is having criminal antecedents of two cases.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Gangabridge P.S. Case No. 204 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
