2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 29.01.2021 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Madhubani passed in Cr. Revision No. 405 of 2019, arising out of Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 110 of 2017, whereby he has affirmed the order dated 25.07.2019 passed by learned A.C.J.M.-III, Madhubani in CRI Case No. 1053 of 2017.
3. Considering the fact that this is second revision
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25182 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 application in the garb of application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and there is no apparent illegality or irregularity in either of the aforesaid two orders warranting any interference by this Court.
