The petitioner, who is in custody since 20.2.2017 on an allegation of recovery of about 8 liter Nepali foreign liquor has prayed for grant of bail in Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017 . Learned counsel for the petitioner by way of referring to the statement made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition submits that petitioner is having clean antecedent and he has remained in custody sufficiently.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has opposed the prayer for bail.

However, considering the nature of accusation, period of custody and clean antecedent of the petitioner , there is no

Let the petitioner Sudesh Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 7th A.C.J.M., East Champaran , Motihari / concerned court in connection with Chiraiya P.S.
