ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Goh P.S.Case No. 07/2015 registered under Sections 363, 370, 372, 365, 201, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except the confessional statement of one person, namely, Ganesh Yadav, made before the police there is no other cogent material in the case diary so as to implicate the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State after perusing the case diary submits that only on the basis of pure suspicion the name of the petitioner has come.

Considering the facts and circumstances that there being

No.21473 of 2015 (3) dt.30-09-2015 no further cogent material against the petitioner in the case diary, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Goh P.S.Case No. 07/2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Gaurav Anand, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
