The petitioners, namely, Sarsawati Devi and Mithilesh Ram, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 354, 354(A), 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST Act.

The informant made allegation that the petitioner no. 2 Mithilesh Ram along with four other persons came and started taking Ganja on the Darwaja of the informant and passed lewd comments on her daughter and they also abused the informant. When the son of the informant protested, petitioner no. 2 Mithilesh Ram assaulted the son of the informant and took money from his pocket. It is submitted that there is a counter-version. Petitioner no. 2 Mithilesh Ram lodged a case on 23.09.2015 against the sons of Harinandan Chaudhary and others alleging that

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri C.M. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Masaurahi, Patna in Punpun P.S. Case No. 218/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
