Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner escaped from the custody while he was being handed over to the police by the guard. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. When the petitioner demanded his wages from the Manager, this false case has been lodged. Petitioner has

Learned APP vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. There is lapse of five years and the petitioner has not given any explanation.
