No. 79881 of 2023 which stood for non-compliance of the order dated 05.01.2024 passed by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some communication gap in the office of the learned Advocate with the Clerk, the necessary steps could not be taken to remove the defects within the prescribed period.

3. There is no opposition to this application.

4. Having regard to the submissions noted hereinabove, this Court allows this application. Cr. Misc. No. 79881 of 2023 is restored to its original file. Learned counsel is permitted to comply with the order dated 05.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79881 of 2023 within two weeks from today.
