The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of robbery of informant's motorcycle, mobile phone and cash of Rs.1.90 lacs.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused Md. Ruhal Ansari @ Rahul from whose possession, the two motorcycles were recovered and he stated about the complicity of this petitioner which is not in admissible in the eye of law. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 188 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
