JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 15.1.2018, seeks bail in Pandaul PS Case No. 4 of 2018 registered under Section 394 of the IPC and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act. The allegation in brief is that unsuccessful attempt was made to rob the money, as the informant raised alarm they escaped away except Amrik Sahni who was apprehended by the local people. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's name was disclosed in the confessional statement of Amrik Sahni who was granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 28371 of 2018, more over this petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Kanhaiya Kumar @ Kanhaiya Sahani is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Madhubani in connection with Pandaul PS Case No. 4 of 2018.
