The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that as per allegation, 54 bottles each containing 180 ml, 25 bottles each containing 375 ml and 5 bottles each containing 750 ml of foreign liquor were recovered from the house of the petitioner. No.36417 of 2017(2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 117 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
