The petitioner is facing accusations in Natwar P.S. Case No. 02 of 2002 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code which was lodged against unknown.

Six accused persons are said to have stopped the vehicle and requested the informant to allow them to sit. Subsequently, at gun point, the jeep was robbed. It is contended that there is no direct evidence against the petitioner. The informant in his subsequent statement has named the petitioner. The petitioner has one criminal case registered under Section 302 pending against him.

Considering the allegations, I am not inclined to
