Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.
The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 597 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and others were running unregistered hospital/nursing home, in which one Satish Pandit who claimed himself to be a doctor and in that nursing home/hospital other accused persons were also working. The petitioner and the other accused persons have treated the deceased though they are not qualified doctor and compounder.
Considering the nature of allegation, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

If he does not surrender within two weeks, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur will take all coercive steps available in law for producing the petitioner in court so that the petitioner will face trial.
