The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sugauli P.S. Case No. 102 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that his daughter was married to Rajesh Yadav in the year 2011 but due to nonfulfillment of demand and dowry and torture, Rajesh Yadav and his family members killed his daughter.
The submission is that the petitioners are sister-in-law,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16550 of 2015 (2) dt.01-05-2015 mother-in-law and co-villager of the deceased. No specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture is made against the petitioners.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are in-laws, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 102 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
