JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 11.02.2015 passed by the Additional Collector, West Champaran, Bettiah in Jamabandi Case No. 368 of 2012-13, whereby and whereunder Jamabandi No. 1098 pertaining to Khesara No. 1660, Khata No. 103 area 13 dhur created in the name of father of the petitioner has been cancelled, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed a tile suit bearing Title Suit No. 162 of 2012, before the Ld. Civil Court, West Champaran at Bettiah, for declaration of his right, title, interest and possession over the land in question, hence the present writ petition be disposed off with an observation that the cancellation
Patna High Court CWJC No.7503 of 2015(2) dt.07-12-2022 2/2 of Jamabandi, shall be subject to the final outcome of the aforesaid title suit pending before the Civil Court, West Champaran at Bettiah. It is directed accordingly. The writ petition stands disposed off.
