The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding killing of the deceased lady on account of non fulfillment of demand of dowry. The petitioner is said to be Bhaisur (elder brother-in-law) of the deceased lady. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got nothing to do with the alleged incident and more over the father-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased lady have already been granted bail by this Court by order dated 05.04.2018 passed in Crl. Misc. No. 12890 of 2018. The petitioner is stated to

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Narayanpur P.S.
