The petitioner No.1, Vijay Rabidas, apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 341, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named six persons and made omnibus and general allegation that they all assaulted him with Lathi, stick and Bhujali.

It is submitted that the informant got three injuries but one of them is grievous in nature caused by Bhujali. The petitioner is full brother of the informant and similarly situated accused Dilip Das has already been granted anticipatory bail. There is counter version of the occurrence.

No.17161 of 2016 (4) dt.15-07-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that no specific allegation is made against any of the accused persons and one of the accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 04.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17734 of 2016, the above named petitioner No.1, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amrendra Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jamui in Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 188 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
