JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2016 The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed with a prayer to modify the order dated 29.01.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 57652 of 2015, whereby, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of the order, the petitioner was directed to be released in connection with Complaint Case No.1413(C) of 2013.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertence on the part of the Advocate's Clerk the aforesaid order dated 29.01.2016 could not be transmitted to the petitioner in time.

Be that as it may, regard being had to the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21077 of 2016 (2) dt.11-05-2016 2/2 circumstances of the case, the period for surrender of the petitioner Satya Narayan Singh before the court below as stipulated in the order dated 29.01.2016 is extended by further two weeks. The application stands allowed.
