The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 409, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioners is that they are employees of Ramel Industries Ltd. It is submitted that the informant deposited Rs. 1000/- per month for 18 months but thereafter he found that the office was closed. The petitioners are agent and office staff of the company being associated with Sharda Chit Fund for which a Commission under the Chairmanship of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Shyamal Kumar Sen is constituted. The Managing Director of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23511 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 Company, Rameshwar Poddar is in custody.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2015, G.R. No. 357/15, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
