2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 23.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 26284 of 2023.
3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 359 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is said to have killed the deceased. Out of the four prosecution witnesses only one witness has been examined till date. The petitioner is in jail since 05.12.2022.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23088 of 2024(4) dt.09-08-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Aurangabad /concerned Court in connection with Haspura P.S.
