====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 01-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, office will place the matter before the Bench. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120(B) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, section 63 of the Copyright Act and sections 103 and 104 of the Trade Mark Act. Vide order dated 25-05-2022, petitioner was granted provisional bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

No.2 that the petitioner's publication is not registered and he has only applied for registration. Considering the same, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 25.05.2022, in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No.849 of 2020 is hereby confirmed, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
