Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, co-accused Ravi Kumar is having love affair with the informant and when her mother saw the present petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13523 of 2020(2) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge I, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 252 of 2019 arising out of Gourichak P.S. Case No. 488 of 2019.
