2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 249 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 302, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner along with other co-accused persons is to have committed murder of husband of the informant by stabbing knife in chest of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He next submits that allegation

Similarly situated two accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court and a co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr Misc. No. 16519 of 2024 vide order dated 22.03.2024 and Cr. Misc. No. 9675 of 2024 vide order dated 20.02.2024 respectively.

5. Learned counsel for the informant as well as learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur (West) / concerned Court in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 249 of 2023.
